Child Safety Standard

CRUZIER is an adult service. Nobody under 18 is permitted on it, for any reason. This page states our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation, and how to report a concern.
Our standard
CRUZIER prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation absolutely. That includes child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions of minors whether real, drawn, or generated, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and any attempt by an adult to make sexual contact with a minor.
There is no warning step for this. Accounts are removed immediately and permanently.
How we keep minors off the service
- An age gate at registration. A date of birth is required before any discovery surface is reachable. Entering a date under 18 blocks account creation and does not offer a retry loop.
- Identity verification. Members can complete an identity and fresh selfie check. Verification is a strong signal of adulthood.
- Reporting. Every profile and conversation carries a report control that includes a category for suspected minors.
- Proactive removal. Where a review gives us reason to believe an account holder is under 18, we remove the account and delete the data, whether or not anyone reported it.
- Automated screening. Photos are screened before they appear anywhere on the service.
How to report
In the app: use Report on the profile or in the conversation and choose the child safety category. These are escalated ahead of everything else in the queue.
By email: childsafety@cruzier.io. This is monitored continuously.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. Then tell us, so we can preserve evidence and remove the account.
What we do when we receive a report
- The account is suspended immediately, before review.
- A trained reviewer assesses the report.
- Where the report is substantiated, the account is permanently banned and the associated data is preserved for law enforcement rather than deleted.
- We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children through CyberTipline, and to other authorities where the law requires it.
- We cooperate with valid legal requests from law enforcement.

In the United States, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children operates CyberTipline for reporting child exploitation, and the Take It Down service helps remove intimate images of minors from participating platforms. Outside the United States, the INHOPE network maintains national reporting hotlines.
