CRUZIER

Community Standard

Last updated 4 August 2026

Every member agrees to this before they can post anything. It applies to profiles, photos, private albums, messages, group meetups, and Video Hello calls. It applies the same way to everyone.

Zero tolerance

These result in immediate permanent removal, without warning, and are reported to the relevant authorities where the law requires it.

Not allowed

Content

Behaviour

Commerce and fraud

Health information

Members may choose to share health status, a last tested date, and a prevention method. Sharing is always optional.

Using someone's health status to shame, exclude, or harass them is a violation of this standard. Stigma against people living with HIV has no place here, and enforcing that is not negotiable.

How we enforce this

Step What happens
Automated screening Photos are screened before they appear anywhere on the service.
Human review Anything flagged goes to a trained reviewer before it goes live.
Reports Every profile and every conversation carries a report control with eight categories.
Response We review every report within 24 hours.
Outcome Content removal, feature restriction, suspension, or permanent ban, depending on severity and history.

Blocking

You can block anyone from their profile or from inside a conversation. Blocking is immediate, it removes them from your discovery surfaces entirely, and we never tell them. Blocking is free on every plan.

If we get it wrong

If your account was actioned and you believe it was a mistake, write to appeal@cruzier.io. A person will look at it. Appeals for zero tolerance violations are reviewed but rarely overturned.
