Common questions
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile, then Account settings, then Delete your account. Or use cruzier.io/account/delete. Full detail of what gets erased is on that page.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by your app store, so you cancel there, not in CRUZIER. On iOS: Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then CRUZIER, then Cancel Subscription.
Deleting your CRUZIER account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel the subscription first.
How do I hide my location?
Map tab, then the badge at the top right. Approximate is the default and randomizes your pin inside a local area. Hidden removes you from the map entirely while the rest of the app keeps working.
How do I block or report someone?
Both are on every profile and inside every conversation. Blocking is immediate and silent. Reporting has eight categories and is reviewed within 24 hours. Both are free on every plan.
What does the verified badge mean?
It means the person completed an identity and fresh selfie check, so they match their photos. It is not a criminal background check. Read the safety page before meeting anyone.
How do I remove my health details?
Profile, then edit your health section. There is a single action that removes all health details at once. These fields are always optional.
